Tiger

A Siberian tiger (a Mt. Baekdu tiger) brings down a bull, its feed, by tackling a hind leg on August 9 at the Dongbei Siberian Tiger Park in Hailin, near Harbin of China, the largest manmade Siberian tiger breeding farm. The park, which opened in 1986 in accordance with the Chinese government’s Siberian tiger protection policies, is said to be rearing 700 or more such tigers. It carries out wilderness training both inside the park and in Mt. Baekdu to encourage the tigers’ instincts for the wild.
