North Korea Sunday reported the news that the United States failed in its third test for the construction of the National Missile Defense system.

The state-run Central Broadcasting Station said that the U.S. attempted to hit another missile over the Pacific Ocean in the third test of the NMD system but failed and the U.S. Department of Defense spokesman admitted the launched missile failed to hit the target missile.

It also said that the fund of $100 million used for the test blew up.

The failure this time further raised the doubt of the NMD system¡¯s technological possibility and efficiency and the opponents¡¯ voices as well, thus creating an obstacle to the U.S. government plan to make a decision on the launch of the NMD system in the coming autumn, the broadcasting station said, quoting wire reports.
