Former President Kim Young-Sam strongly criticized North Korea and the current government of President Kim Dae-Jung, following the denunciation about him by North Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), according to Rep. Park Jong-Woong of Grand National Party, who is widely considered as Kim`s spokesperson.

The KCNA strong criticized former President Kim in its June 23 commentary that he is a human garbage that existed before and is a rebel for unification. It also said that North Korean people and the People`s Army will make a massive reprisal on Kim for sure.

In a meeting with former Seoul Mayor Kim Sang-Chul and others, who visited Kim at his residence, Kim said that Kim Jong-Il himself is a dictator and North Korea is a terrorist country. He also blamed the government for not taking any measure against it, according to Park.

Regarding the report that North Korean leader Kim Jong-Il invited all former presidents but Kim Young-Sam, Kim said that he hasn`t heard anything from President Kim Dae-Jung during the previous gather at the Chong Wa Dae(Blue House). He criticized that either Kim Jong-Il or the Kim Dae-Jung must be telling a lie.
