Top singers join for rooters` songs

Korea¡¯s top singers sang together to promote the coming Sydney Olympic Games and the 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup soccer tournament.

Top singers and groups such as Kim Kun-mo, Lee Seung-Hwan, Lim Chang-Jong, Kim Hyon-Kyung, Paek Ji-Young, Clon and Baby Box recently issued a joint album, ¡°Dream Song,¡± to support Korean athletes in the two sporting extravaganzas.

The album features ¡°Wing for You,¡± a ballad with a total of 15 singers and vocal groups. This song illuminates the realization of a dream of overcoming difficulties.

Kim Kun-mo sang a dance song, ¡°Toward the Belief,¡± female group Baby Box sang ¡°Get Up,¡± and Paek Ji-Young sang ¡°Pudam (burden).¡±

The participants in the rare album said that they got together upon hearing that there were no good boosters¡¯ songs in Korea for Korean supporters in international games.

The music video of the songs was directed TV actor Byon Woo-Min.
