Lately the face of ruling Millennium Democratic Party Rep. Ha Hwa-Kap looks as if it has defied time. Rumors that Rep. Hwa went under the knife for a wrinkle removal procedure to look his best for the upcoming MDP National Convention are currently making the rounds in the political circle.

A spokesman for Rep. Ha quickly denied the allegations, asking whether people thought he was some kind of TV celebrity. However, it is widely known that during his visit to China, Rep. Ha visited a well-known doctor to receive dietary treatments for the rejuvenation of his body. He has also been diligently undergoing facial massage sessions.

It is not uncommon for lower level government officials to place a premium on facial and bodily treatments in order to give the impression of youth. The Chair of Standing Committee of the New Korean Party underwent laser treatment for skin blotches two years ago. The ruling MDP`s Rep.
