A variety of products featuring caricatures of Lee Jung-Hyun, a popular female singer, have been launched recently.
Init Entertainment, to which Lee belongs, announced Monday that it has developed products such as accessories, T-shirts, stationery and puzzles that depict concepts from Lee`s first and second albums, and plans to market them this August.
The products depict the techno warrior and Oriental princess personas that she demonstrated on her first album, and also those of an Egyptian goddess and a messenger of peace, which she appeared as on her second release. The characters frequently mimic individual dance compositions or moves, which have been demonstrated in hit songs such as 'Wa(come),' 'Bakkuo(change),' and 'Neo(you).'
The characters were produced by Interpro-M, a marketing agency. Pleased with the goods, Lee Jung-Hyun said, "It`s great to show my inner world with these character products, and they are more beautiful than I am."
