CDMA mobile phone features caller display

Samsung Electronics Co. this month begins marketing a 2.5-generation Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) mobile phone that displays the telephone number of the caller. There are two types -- dual folder style and single folder style. The phone, which is 13-14 mm thick and weighs 64g, features an 8-line liquid crystal display (LCD). Users receive wireless Internet access at a maximum speed of 144kbps.
