Kim Kwang-Suk drew a large following through his music, famous for its sounds of acoustic guitar and harmonica. His powerful voice reminds listeners of the agony of parting and the pain of lost love.
It`s been five years since Kim passed away. An album of his hits and unfinished songs was released under the title, ``Kim Kwang-Suk, Classic 5.`` ``Lonely Night`` and ``Crack,`` which he recorded before he met his fate, are among the many songs included in the album. Diverse sounds were added to the recorded songs. It is always soothing to hear Kim`s voice in ``Becoming A Dirt,`` which he loved to sing live onstage, and the poetic lyrics and harmony of folk sounds in ``Friend in Cage,`` released during his ``Zoo`` days.
