The identity of those responsible for wiretapping the personal plane of Chinese president Jiang Zemin has not yet been confirmed, but the U.S. intelligence service is under suspicion.

The reason is because U.S. secret services have carried on unimaginable espionage activities so far. They even wiretapped the telephone lines in the Moscow drainpipes or the Berlin wall, and also observed Russian nuclear activities by hiding a nuclear weapon detector in a cargo train that ran through the Eurasian continent.

On June 20, 1977, the Chong Wa Dae was wiretapped, and the New York Times reported the information on lobbyist Park Dong-Sun bribing U.S. Congressmen, causing diplomatic troubles.
