This is the first time since government`s high-ranking official mentioned about the “crisis theory in August”.

He added, “ we used to deliver this message to officials in the North; however, it seems to be not delivered to upper position due to the character of the North regime. We will explain to leader Kim in person so that it goes down”

Minister Jung stated on the suspicion that the money which was delivered to the North for Mt. Geumgang tour, might have been used for military purpose, “the U.S. congress report is comprehending rumors that are floating, and the U.S. army in Korea has denied officially” and“seeing the increasing import amount of the North regarding factory facilities, it is likely that it is used for economic development.”
