[Opinion] The North, Improving Regime Is the Only Way to Survive.

It hasn`t been a long time since President stated that there is no risk of war in Korean Peninsula, before the people, after the South-North summit.

However, people are wondering as the government of the same President dispatched special envoy mentioning the crisis.

What on earth is the standard of security of this government?

It announced the dispatching of special envoy on the day when special prosecutors

reported the end of the investigation, so that it dilutes intensity of interest on the matter of compromise of President`s relatives and the foundation.

There must be an intention to change the situation by implementing sunshine policy before big events like elections and World Cup, etc.

The U.S. delivered the fact that the North used 400 million dollars, which Korean government gave for Mt. Geumgang tour for military purpose; however I do not understand that even then Korean Government continued Mt. Geumgang tour by supporting tax.

If one individual commits such action, it must equivalent to treason.

However even though we kept quiet as government who had diplomatic rights executes, the things which government has been executing always that is nothing but buying peace, which is disguised in the shape of money.

When we remove emotional feeling thinking why we should do like this?

We can`t help having doubts that there might be some reason for the President himself.

Though sunshine policy is said to be for peace, the peace in Korean Peninsula is difficult to have additional significance except direct risk at military level.

To propagate achievement, saying that it is achievement of settling down tensions, gives false impression to most generations who doesn`t know what the condition of Korean War is.

In fact, the thing that causes such concern is Anti- America which is rising now days.

How government can manage appeasement policy like sunshine policy is based on strong control of the U.S, however, government seems to give strength to the North`s strenuous strategy which is trying to weaken its controlling power.

To request U.S to tolerate North is also related to it.

And Government will go forward to secure stance of the North that has started earning time using World Cup of the South and Arirang festival of the North, I presume.

If government tries to plan a strategy of opening a way to the North, which reaches blind alley, by involving Korean Peninsula matter to world festival, it is nothing but raising a bigger misfortune, people should perceive.

Government should have appropriate perception on the situation now, too.

Japan announced that it wouldl not form friendly relationship with the North unless it solves out the matter of kidnapping Japanese.

We can imagine how strong intention U.S. has, as if insisting the way of overall settlement not negotiating one by one like in the past, fastening all in one such as nuclear missile, military matter, as well as human rights and terrorism.

Government is likely to approach the matter of missile separately not with the nuclear; however it is sure that the U.S, which defines the matter of the North at the level of international security, will not be able to understand.

I think, we should make a substantial conclusion on the matter of the North before the China Olympics starts, seeing the timing.

Such policy of the U.S, if Korea has enough independent control, is the way which we should have selected already.

Now, the ball is in North`s court.

As the way to ask the cost or strategy of the cliff is hard to be acquainted with, I hope that the North accepts the request of the change of regime by not avoiding the international situation, which has changed revolutionarily.

That is the only way for people to develop.

On the other hand, I hope that Korean government goes the right way not chasing egoistic illusions.

I am concerned that big difficulty might arise by cudgeling brains.

Current Government may be satisfied, saying that it is holding card of political game as it involved the factor of the North as internal politics factor of Korea.

However, seeing the result of research on which most of the people has a mind of doubtfulness that current government is planning for recreation of the power, the time has come to withdraw the bubble of sunshine which is like debt on household, and is increasing by boasting.
