In Ulsan area primary for selecting presidential nominee of the Grand National Party, candidate Lee Hoi-Chang took a lead with 446 votes (59.0 percent) and candidate Choe Byung-Yul got 206 votes (27.2 percent) taking a second position.
In the primary held in Ulsan Compound Athletic Stadium, candidate Lee Bu-Young and Rhee Shang-Hi received 73 votes (9.7 percent) and 31 votes (4.1 percent), respectively.
A total tally of candidate Lee Hoi-Chang is 1,557 votes, which is an unshakeable first position. The difference of votes with candidate Choe who got a total of 285 votes is 1,272 votes. The total tallies of candidate Lee Bu-Young and Rhee Shang-Hi are 274 and 41 votes, respectively. The vote turnout rate was 69.3 percent in the Ulsan GNP primary.
