U.S. Tech Search filed a lawsuit against Samsung Electronics for Patent infringement.

U.S. Tech Search LLC has filed a lawsuit against Samsung Electronics and its subsidiary, Samsung Electronics America for an infringement of patent right of high-powered CD player technology. According to Chicago Federal Court, on June 7th,Tech Search, which is located in Northbrook, Illinois, has sued Samsung saying that this firm encroached on the Patent right of its CD Player technology related to running MP3 file.

The people who are related to U.S. Company said that Tech Search acquired the license from Israeli CD player developer and it has filed several actions for patent infringement in the past. Lawyer, Anthony Brown who speaks for Tech Search said that his client is trying to resolve the problem through a negotiation rather than litigation, mentioning the cases that Tech Search permitted some companies including Sony to use the license.
