Gloomy First Day at Office

On July 12, 2002, Chang Sang, new Prime Minister, started her first day at office in the Government Complex on Sejong Ro. Receiving briefings, she sometimes made face possibly due to the disputes regarding her credentials such as her son`s retaining of US citizenship.
