Paying Tribute in Advance

On September 15, 2002, which is Sunday, the roads to House of Mourners, a city cemetery in Yongmi Ri, Kwangtan Myun, Pajoo City, Kyunggi Province are packed with cars. People hit the road to pay tribute earlier as Thanksgiving Day (Sep. 21) gets closer. Seoul City government plans to make this area off-limits to vehicles during Thanksgiving Day holidays (i.e. from Sep. 20 to Sep. 22) in order to relieve traffic congestion.
