The Ground Breaking Ceremony of the Dong-Hae Line

Mrs. Lee, Hwak-Sil, who came to South when she was 9, is seating on a hill and watching the ceremony on the 18th, during the Ground Breaking Ceremony of the Dong-Hae Line held at the Reunification Observatory in Gosung, Gangwon. The Keumgang Mountain is showing over the ceremony.
