Barry Bonds (38, San Francisco Giants) hit a home run in his first World Series participated first after a lapse of 17 seasons and 2439 games which was the longest record of Major League. Accordingly, San Francisco won the victory in the first round game in Division Series, League Championship final and the World Series. Anaheinm recorded the first loss after 5 victories of home game of post season, and had all the losses in the first round game.

It is forecasted that San Francisco will be more advantageous than Anaheinm of Kevin Appier in the Game 2 played at 9 A.M. on October 21.
