The police arrested a café owner who arranged a nudity orgy for customers. At the café, naked people threw parties with only masks on. This type of café felt foreign to South Korea, a story that happens only in western countries.

The Seoul Police Department arrested café owner Kim yesterday for violation of various laws. He opened his establishment in Banpoh Dong in Seoul, one of the areas where rich South Koreans live, and arranged the nude orgies for his customers.

Kim first opened the café last June. He started recruiting male members through webcam chatting, and could easily recruit an army of them. After "strict screening procedure," he gave membership to only 70 of them. Then, he posted classified ads for female "part timers." When a prospective employee came, Kim conducted a nudity screening. At the end, seven women got selected.

Kim arranged nudity parties three to four times a month with three to four male members participated. Each male member has to pay 300,000 won per participation in the party. But Kim paid each of the girls 30,000 to 50,000 won per hour.

The King Game commanded the highest popularity among the members. Out of the participants, a king was selected by lot. Then, the king singles out one male and one female member. Then, the chosen members perform various sexual positions in front of other members in nudity, or weird positions.

According to the police, the female members were "regular" wives, college students and ordinary office workers. On the other hand, male members consisted of big shots like entertainer, CEOs and high-ranking National Intelligence Service official.

The police explained, "They did not do the intercourse itself. That was why we could not prosecute them for prostitution. We believe there are more cafes like this one. We are expanding our investigation."
