Joint Memorial Service Held for Noguenri Massacre Victims

Members of the Yeongdong Artists Association are performing at a joint memorial service held in Noguen-ri, Yeongdong County in North Chungcheong Province to comfort the spirits of innocent victims killed by U.S. troops during the Korean War.
