Typhoon `Maemi` took away the life of a mother in her 40s who was visiting a temple to comfort the souls of her two dead daughters who died during the arson incident of Daegu subway station.
Kim Chun-hyun(49·female·Bulro-dong Dong-gu Daegu) was staying at a Buddhist temple in Changnyong county in South Gyeongsang Province at around 10:10pm on Sep.12, when a heap of earth swooped upon the temple building. She and another follower Ms.Shin were killed by the accident.
At that time, typhoon `Maemi` poured a torrential rain of tens of millimeters per hour at the foot of the mountain where the temple was located, sweeping away the entire building.
