The deceased Kim Sun-il appeared on the videotape broadcasted by the Associated Press Television Network on June 24. Regarding this tape, AP has inquired the Foreign Ministry on whether or not Kim was abducted; it asserts the Foreign Ministry answered that no such kidnapping happened, stirring up controversy.
