“Chilled to the Bone”: Seoul Morning Temperatures Drop Below 11 Degrees

The Meteorological Administration has forecasted Seoul’s temperature to drop further from 10.3 degrees in the morning on Sunday, making it the coldest day this winter. Icicles could be seen hanging from the ropes supporting the fences along the wharf at Yoido, Seoul on Sunday. The icicles have been formed from water drops collected on the ropes from waves.
