The South Korea-Japan Treaty

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade made the documents related to the South Korea-Japan Treaty public on January 17. A series of lawsuits by the families of victims are expected, since the document confirms that the government abandoned the individual’s right to demand compensation.
