Dumpling sales that suffered from last years "tainted dumpling" incident are starting to pick up. Employees of Chewyoungru, a dumpling brand, are preparing to pack dumplings at the Paju Factory in Gyeonggi-do, February 14. While the company saw three months of a near-moratorium in sales after the dumpling incident, it produced a monthly average of 50,000 boxes during the high-demand season in this winter, regaining its average sales rate.
