Ovation for President at National Assembly

As President Roh Moo-hyun entered the main conference hall in the National Assembly located in Yeoui-do, Seoul to deliver a speech in commemoration of the second anniversary of his inauguration in the morning of February 25, lawmakers from both the ruling and opposition parties stood up to greet the president with applause. President Roh provided in his speech his administration’s blueprint and policy direction as to how to manage state affairs for the three remaining years of his tenure.
