Cardinals Awaiting to Select New Pope

When will the white smoke come out? Who will be voted to lead the Catholic Church into the ever-changing 21st century? The conclave -- the term for the secret meeting of cardinals to elect the next pope -- started on April 18. Cardinals from the U.S. are meeting at their quarters before moving into the Sistine Chapel at the Vatican, where the meeting will take place.
