Ahn Jeong-hwan to Leave Yokohama

The “handsome soccer star” Ahn Jeong-hwan (29) is expected to leave the Yokohama F Marinos in the Japanese professional football league.

The Japanese news agency Kyodo News reported on June 21 that the Yokohama F Marinos decided not to renew a contract with Ahn Jeong-hwan, whose contract runs out at the end of this month. On June 21, the Nikkan Sports newspaper also noted, “Ahn Jeong-hwan’s leave from Yokohama F Marinos was officially decided on June 20,” and added that Yokohama followed through on its plan not to extend his contract that goes until the end of June.
