Waxy Corn Developed by Agriculture Professor

Consumers are choosing among the “university waxy corns” being sold at the Nonghyup Hanaro Club in Yangjae-dong on July 19. The “university waxy corn” was introduced by Choi Bong-ho, former agriculture professor at Chungnam National University (that is how it got its name), and is known for its intense sweetness and glutinous texture. This 30 percent sale event will be held until July 20.
