Deputy Foreign Minister Song Min-soon (left), South Korea’s chief negotiator at the six-party talks, and U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Christopher Hill (center), the U.S. chief negotiator, were touching their foreheads while the adjournment of the six-party talks was declared at Beijing, Sunday. Both expressed strong disappointment on the recess of the talks that was caused by North Korea’s objection on the draft of final agreement.
