Cuban Doctors to Aid U.S.

On September 4, President Fidel Castro of Cuba offered to send 1,500 medical personnel and 26 tons of medicine for the Hurricane victims in America. The medical team is standing up on the arrival of President Castro at an event in Abana, capital of Cuba. The U.S. has kept silent at his offer.
