A New 5,000 Won Bill

Governor of the Bank of Korea Park Seung (left) and President of KOMSCO Lee Hae-seong are holding up a new 5000-won bill on November 7 in Gyeongsan, Daegu. The new bill, smaller than the current bill and fortified against forgery, will be out in January 2006.
