On July 5, the Japanese government prohibited the Man Gyong Bong 92, a North Korean cargo-passenger ship, from entering Japanese ports as a sanction against North Korea in the wake of its missile test. The Man Gyong Bong 92 was scheduled to arrive in the port of Niigata at 8:50 a.m. that day, but only came up alongside the pier at 2:30 p.m. to let out passengers. Uploading and unloading of cargo was not allowed. The photo is in courtesy of the Asahi Shimbun.
