Venezuela’s President Hugo Chavez swears in the new cabinet on Monday, jut before his third presidential term starts. Chavez unveiled his initiative to nationalize the oil, electricity and telecommunications industry. Chavez, who won in a landslide, launches his third presidential term on Wednesday.
