Plane Fire Kills 49

A passenger plane landing at the Yogjakarta International Airport, Java Island, Indonesia, tragically caught fire, killing at least 49 of the 140 passengers. Authorities assume that the fire was sparked at the front wheel after the plane over-shot the runway. It then spread to the cabin. Local police are working at the site of the accident, surrounding the remains of the plane, the top of which melted due to the intense heat.
