2007 Inter-Korean Summit

President Roh Moo-hyun who paid an official visit to North Korea for the Inter-Korean summit is shaking hands with North Korea National Defense Committee Chairman Kim Jong Il, who came to a welcoming ceremony to meet President Roh. The ceremony was held at a square in front of the 4/25 cultural hall in Pyongyang. This time, Chairman Kim greeted Roh at the ceremony without previous notice as done in the 2000 summit.
