Bush and Merkel Visit Crawford Ranch

U.S. President George Bush and German Chancellor Angela Merkel are walking toward a joint press conference on Bush’s ranch in Crawford, Texas. The German chancellor, who also holds the rotating presidency of the EU, has been working to improve the relationship between the EU and the U.S. The two agreed to form a consultative body for economic cooperation in April.
