The six-way talks on ending North Koreas nuclear program will resume in Beijing tomorrow.
The Chinese Foreign Ministry confirmed the news through spokesman Qin Gang yesterday in a regular briefing, saying a breakthrough was made on the talks.
At the meeting, the representatives will mainly discuss verifying North Koreas inventory of nuclear plants and materials, opening talks on the three-phase nuclear disarmament, and when to hold a meeting of foreign ministers of the six nations.
Qin said the parties will exchange opinions on the second set of actions for implementation.
South Koreas chief nuclear negotiator Kim Sook, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Christopher Hill and North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye Kwan have arrived in Beijing for the talks.
A series of bilateral talks will also be held among representatives of the two Koreas, the United States and China prior to the meeting.
