Kang Ki-kap, head of the progressive Democratic Labor Party, jumps on top of a table yesterday to protest at the office of National Assembly Secretary General Park Gye-dong. Security tries to block him. Kang said he protested the removal of his party’s placard hung in front of the main chamber of the Assembly.
