Bicycle riders yesterday pass sunflowers in the 11th stage of the Tour de France linking Vatan and Saint-Fargeau. Rinaldo Nocentini of Italy led with a time of 43 hours, 28 minutes and 59 seconds, followed by seven-time champion Lance Armstrong of the U.S. in third place, who took eight more seconds to finish the previous 11 stages than Nocentini.
