U.S. President Barack Obama yesterday shakes hands with U.S. Army cadets after his first speech as president at the commencement ceremony of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York. He said Washington will dispatch an additional 30,000 soldiers to Afghanistan through the first half of next year.
