U.S. President Barack Obama Wednesday gives a high five to 11-year-old Marcelas Owens after signing a health care reform bill into law at the East Room of the White House. The boy`s mother died from illness in 2007 after losing her job and having her health insurance revoked. Since his mothers passing, Owens has been involved in the movement supporting the health care bill. Before signing the bill with 22 fountain pens over 90 seconds, President Obama said he would sign it for the boy.
