President Lee Myung-bak shakes hands with U.S. President Barack Obama Saturday after their summit in Toronto, where they agreed to postpone Washington`s transfer of wartime operational control over the South Korean military to Seoul. Obama also said he wants to quickly push forward the ratification of the bilateral free trade agreement, while urging “consequences” for North Korea’s “irresponsible behavior” for sinking the South Korean naval vessel Cheonan March 26.
