Better the 2nd Time

Park Chan-ho shows flawless pitching in his second appearance on the mound since signing with the Pittsburgh Pirates. Against the visiting Colorado Rockies Friday, Park came in at the top of the ninth inning with his team behind four runs. He allowed one hit and no runs in the inning as the Pirates lost 8-4. He had earlier been tagged with a loss in his first game for Pittsburgh, allowing two hits and a run in one inning. His ERA was 5.54 Friday, down from 5.70 Wednesday.
