Gearing Up for the Big Race

The inaugural Korea Formula One Grand Prix, the first race of its kind hosted by Korea, begins Friday at the Korean International Circuit in Yeongam County, South Jeolla Province. The three-day race will attract big names in the sport such as Michael Schumacher (Germany), Fernando Alonso (Spain), Sebastian Vettel (Germany) and Mark Webber (Australia). Staff of participating teams tune up machines that will race at more than 300 kilometers (186 miles) per hour.
