The Salvation Army is accepting donations through credit card payments. A person in Seoul makes a donation with a credit card at a digital “red kettle,” a device that scans a credit card and automatically charges 2,000 won (1.85 U.S. dollars) per swipe. The charity organization will conduct its year-end donation campaign across Korea until Dec. 31.
