On South Korean government`s proposal for dialogue, North Korea requested an apology for all anti-North actions by the South.

Through an ultimatum released early Tuesday morning, North Korea`s military leadership said South Korean puppets at the anti-North rally in Seoul burned portrait of North Korean leader Kim Jung Un, which is the symbol of the North`s utmost dignity. South Korean conservative groups Monday displayed a burning ceremony of Kim Jung Un portrait in the event of the Day of the Sun, the birthday of the North Korean founder Kim Il Sung.

The North will immediately begin unwarned retaliation and fair military strike by revolutionary forces as long as the act of brutality that impairs its dignity occurs under protection of South Korean government, according to the ultimatum.
