Omega puts spurs on women’s watch market in Korea

“As Korean tourism industry is rapidly growing, Korea is becoming an attractive and important market to foreign companies, such as Omega,” Stephen Urquhart, president and CEO of Omega, said at the media conference held in Park Hyatt Seoul in Gangnam on Friday. “Korea is one of Omega’s global top seven markets. Especially, I am paying attention to Korea’s growing duty-free market,” the global high-end watch brand CEO said.

CEO Urquhart, who has been leading Omega since 2000, is visiting Korea again in six years.
