이전에 올라온 질문과 답변 (제목: 오구치면 우선 2벌타 받아) 에서 벌타 처리를 재확인 하고자 하는 질문입니다.

이해를 돕고자 예를 들어 봅니다.

(예) Par 5 홀에서 Tee shot한 2 Player의 볼이 가까이 놓이게 되었읍니다. 두 사람 모두 Second shot에서 상대방 볼을 자기 볼로 알고 쳤으나, 오구 play 한 사실을 모르고 3타 까지 쳤읍니다. 우연히도 두사람의 볼이 그린 가까이 한쪽에 놓이게 되어 4타를 치기전 자기 볼들을 확인하는 과정에서 오구 play한 사실을 알게 되었읍니다.

이전의 글에서는, 이런 경우 우선 2벌타를 받고 이번 홀의 2번째 shot한 장소로 가서 다시 플레이 한다고 답변이 되어 있읍니다.

이때에 지금까지 친 타구의 처리는 어떻게 되는지요? 즉, 위의 예에서는 2번째 shot한 장소에서 재 플레이시 2벌타후 몇번째 타수가 됩니까?

Match Play일 경우 Hazard 이외의 곳에서 오구를 친경우는 Rule 15-2에의해 홀패가 됩니다. 그러나 Hazard (Bunker나 Water)내에서 친 오구는 벌타없이 다시 칠수 있습니다.

Stroke Play인경우 Hazard내에서 친 오구는 벌타없이 다시칠 수있습니다. 그러나 Hazard이외에서느 2 벌타를 받게되며 오구로 친 타수는 가산되지 않습니다. (아리 15조3항참조) 따라서 질문하신 분의 상황에서는 처음 오구친 곳에 다시가서칠때 2벌타만 가산 하시면 되겠습니다. Second shot에서 오구를 치셨다면 second shot한 곳에서 다시칠 때 4타째가 되겠습니다. 그리고 공을 서로 교환해서 쳤을 경우는 두사람 다 2벌타를 받고 다시쳐야합니다.

그리고 오구로 친공은 반드시 정정해서 다시쳐야지 정정하지 않을 경우는 실격이 됩니다.

15-3. Stroke Play

If a competitor plays a stroke or strokes with a wrong ball, he shall incur a penalty of two strokes, unless the only stroke or strokes played with such ball were played when it was in a hazard, in which case no penalty is incurred.

The competitor must correct his mistake by playing the correct ball. If he fails to correct his mistake before he plays a stroke from the next teeing ground or, in the case of the last hole of the round, fails to declare his intention to correct his mistake before leaving the putting green, he shall be disqualified.

Strokes played by a competitor with a wrong ball do not count in his score.

If the wrong ball belongs to another competitor, its owner shall place a ball on the spot from which the wrong ball was first played.
